I write a variety of fiction and non-fiction novels and plays for adults and teens. I also write magazine articles. I have published seventeen novels and been nominated for the Pulitzer Prize Award (Drama) and Newbery Award (Teen Fiction). I served in the military during Desert Storm. I lilved in Europe for several years. I am a sports professional in the National Lacrosse League. I am also a musician and recorded an album (all original songs), toured Seattle and Portland, and I am a private pilot. I am an ice hockey player, coach and official. I also worked as a comedian and D.J. I have written other people speeding tickets, been shot at and thrown live hand grenades! I built houses in the Poconos and in Beverly Hills. I am a homebrewer of wine, beer and cider. I worked in the computer industry for many years. Currently I am a Literature teacher. I travel extensively and am almost always reading several books and writing one of my own. « less
