    Christine, Thanks for all your work on this book. I really appreciate it. Just an FYI: the wrong book version was uploaded to Amazon. There should be an updated version available in the next day or so. The changes won't affect the work you've done already, but there were inconsistencies in the original version which have been corrected. Thanks again for all your hard work.
