It really depends on what you read.
If you like Fruits Basket, the missus who made has another series out (Phantom Dream), but, well, I only read it because my best friend read it.
If you read mature or 16+ manga, try ES; Eternal Sabbath. It's a bit supernatural.
If you like comedy, try Sayonara Zetsubo-Sensei.
