Thanks!! Who wouldn't love Patch and Damon, I think we both are going to have to battle it out to figure out who's "Books Hubby" he is, lol. I love the hush hush series and I've got lots of other favorites like the hunger games and vampire academy series!

Yeah, well you intrigued me now, I'll probably keep reading them.... It is a it cheesey, but sort of cute and.... I don't know, funny I guess. :) We'll see about 4th sequel...

Thanks for the explanation on who Dog is. Bounty hunter, that's interesting to say the least, I would like to hear his story, it's bound to be tough... I know you like reality TV, it has inspired a lot of shows over here too... Some talk-shows, we have something like hell's kitchen, then something like America's got talent... Here are Turkish and Latino American series extremely popular, for no apparent reason. I despise them, I call my mother ane (Turkish for mother) just to tease her...

But those shows you mentioned can be really helpful and informative... A lot of girls don't understand what an obligation it is to have a child. It's not just to give birth to a baby, and then you can play with it... A lot of them don't think of the fact that they have to feed that child, and not just that they have to provide much more to that child, invest in that child so that it can have a good, successful life.

I like the way you think and the way you talk about your boys. :) I don't know how old are they and if they can understand the message from those shows, but I hope they will understand what is right and what is wrong. It's just important that you start telling them on time. And you obviously are. :)
I really like the way you talk about this subject, you sound like a good mother. :)

I've read just the first one, I should probably read the rest too, I laughed so hard for the first one, it's really great. :D There were actually so many books that have sequels and I had no idea about it, but then I found this site... :D
About HON, not sure how many I read, the last one is when she has to flee the school because that headmistress turned out to be evil... It's 5th book, or something like that. :) And I actually laughed out loud on "O and someone died" part. :D
No need to apologize, both my name and surname are quite uncommon, for our country too. And since the photo is not of me... :P You had no way of knowing. And that is true, there are very few males here, and that is a bit weird. Perhaps women prefer reading, cause of the imagination or something... I don't know, really...
And yeah, I might have a bit strange shelf for a male, with Amanda Quick and all the vampires, but I am under the great influence of my sister and other book junkies (all female), so...
Biographies, it makes sense when you say it that way... :) Whenever you look at celebrities you think that they are perfect and that their life is easy, but I guess it's not. It's just they all have to look like that for the stage. Apart from Kardashian, she is always just perfect... xD

You know, they say there can never be to many books. But since I'm reading like 6 books simultaneously, yeah, there can be... :P I heard of that book girl with the dragon tattoo, my sister told me about it, I think I'll read it, when I have time... I'd love to try that sort of challenge, but I'm a fairly slow reader, and don't have enough time... With school and everything... I'll try to hit 100, but I don't know if I'll make it, hope I will... :) I hope you will make it though. :)
And I also hope Kindle Fire will be there soon, just hope you will know what to read first. :) It's interesting, that with biographies, I've never heard someone is reading those, here nobody does that... But it could be interesting to see how somebody rose to fame.
I also read House of Night, first 5 books I think, or something like that, but it got boring after some time, it all seemed the same to me... You know, there is a problem, then they do their magic with the elements and everything is fine again... :P
I read vampire academy, or it's maybe better to say swallowed. And it is better than House of Night, so you should read it if you liked that series so much. :)
You should try to read Vampire Kisses too. I read the first one, they are quite short, but very funny. It's about a girl who tries to become a vampire her whole life, jumping of the roof trying to fly... Or checking mosquito bite marks to see if those can be from fangs... And than a new family moves in into an old mansion, and she slowly realizes that the boy is a vampire... That's enough, you should read the rest.
And I don't have so many friends that are book junkies, just a few... And other usually look at us like we are weirdos... And I love reading in English, so it happened a few times that I bring a book in English to school. And start reading during the class. And the others look at me like I'm an alien, he's reading, in English no less! Well ok, I exaggerate a bit, but still...
And my cousin is also a junkie, but she stacks the books beside her bed and has very little time for reading. So I know 3 books of the top of my head that are at her place at the moment... :)

I'm glad you are. :) I figured you are from Ohio (OH in your description, I know that much... :D). Anyway, I'm from Serbia, hope that won't trigger any wrong reactions, or anything... And I don't know if you ever heard of it... And about time difference, I think it's about 8 hours, since one of my friends is in Seattle on a students exchange... But I'm not sure.

Anyway, books... :) Starting with Hunger Games, I first heard of it when my sister showed me the trailer and told me there is a book. I prefer books, so naturally, I started reading the series. I don't really own most of the books I read, they are e-books, cause I can't afford so many books, and a lot of the books I read are not yet translated to Serbian, so I exploit internet. :) Anyway, I loved Hunger Games, the book is amazing, you would think it's mostly about the fight in the arena, but it's not. It's about the girl, Katniss. I don't want to write any spoilers, but I recommend it. It's really a series that is mainly about the relationship between Katniss and two boys that appear, and about a love triangle that is formed... It's very complicated, and not just about fighting in arena as it may appear on the trailer...

I like this Immortal series, looks very interesting, unfortunately, that will have to wait, I'm already reading too many books at the moment. :P Anyway, this reminds me somewhat of Vampire Academy, which I absolutely love! Well not that these are similar, but Lisa in Vampire Academy can also see auras etc.

I also started reading "A Game of Thrones", actually, I read that one, and bought the second one recently, "Clash of the Kings". I just can't wait to read it, the first one is sooo amazing and captivating, I just couldn't put it down... I was on a trip at a time, and we would sit in a restaurant, waiting for the meal, and I would take the book, just to read 3 pages... Unbelievable. :D

I don't know who Duane "Dog" Chapman is, nor am I aware of his story, or anything, really... :/

P.S. I had to check the time difference, it's 6 hours... It's 3:15 am here... No wonder I'm yawning... :D

I know its a bit weird cause of the time-zones and everything... I'm from Europe, so we are ahead of you, I don't know exactly where in USA you are, so I can't tell how many hours. Well, not everyone in India is like that. There are quite a few people who don't believe in arranged marriages and have lifestyles similar to yours. But my family isn't like that, we're traditional.
Plus, in addition to that, we're Muslims. I think now you've probably changed your entire opinion about me, because I know how much people in the West don't like Muslims and Islam. But, believe me when I say this, Islam is the religion of peace, the ideal religion. Islam teaches us how to live a perfect life, the ideal life, in fact, it is not only a religion, but a way of life. And the main teaching of Islam is peace. It teaches us to smile at people all the time, keep good relations with people no matter how bad they behave with you and behave respectfully and pleasantly with everyone. I'll tell you this story about our Prophet Muhammed, around 1400 years ago. Back then, when our Prophet tried teaching Islam, people prosecuted and tortured him and his friends, disdained them and didn't listen to them. There was this old lady who threw garbage at the Prophet everyday from her first storey building, every single day. Our Prophet didn't do anything, he'd just walk on, he didn't talk to her or ask her to stop. One day, when she didn't come out and throw garbage at him, our Prophet got worried about her and went to her house, to find out if she was okay. When she asked about why he came to her although she threw garbage at him, he said he knew that everyday she would throw garbage in his path, and today he didn’t find any garbage in his path, so he thought she might’ve been sick and that’s why he came to visit her. She converted to Islam.

Well, anyway, enough about my religion, back to the topic at hand. (Although I still hope you haven't changed your mind about me - Islam is truly not a bad religion.)
Plus, the other thing about not talking to guys - we live in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We live here because a) my dad's business is here and b) in India, we didn't get to learn much about our religion. I've been here for almost ten years now.
Oh don't worry, I'm probably just as boy-crazy as you are, I notice when a hot guy passes me by on the street and I nudge my friend and he's the topic of our conversation for the next few minutes. I've had more crushes than I can remember, on celebs, my relatives, this guy in the guy's section in my college (he was blonde, green eyes, and the cutest blonde goatee ever!) ;) Oh, and Darrin is an awesome hot-guy name - tell him I said that ;)
Arranged marriages... Hmm. Well, the guy's family sends a proposal for your hand, your parents find out everything about him, if he's good or not, by making inquiries, etc. Then if they think he's good, they ask you if you want to marry him. If you say no, then that's that. If you say yes, you get engaged. Then you and the guy get to know each other, by chatting, talking on the phone, whatever, but, according to Islam, you're still not allowed to touch each other - that comes after marriage.
Sometimes if you find that you don't like the person you're engaged to, you can break it off. Otherwise, a couple of years later, you get married. It's not that bad, honestly :)

No, of course I won't judge you based on your good-for-nothing father. If there's one thing that books have taught me, it's never to judge people by their parents or culture/nationality/religion.
I think you're probably the first Westerner I've heard of who stays at home to look after her family :) Yes, I know that's very racist of me, but then again, I don't know many Westerners. In my family, if your in-laws allow you to work, you work, if not, you don't. I've already told my parents I don't want it like that - I'm going to be a doctor and I'll be damned (pardon the swearing) if I let all my hard work go to waste - I'm going to work after marriage, and my future in-laws better get that in their heads.
Not like I have in-laws or anything right now. I told this to them about the future. I'm not engaged, if you're wondering.
Well, I respect you and your mother very much now, because of what you're doing (or did, in your mom's case) for your kids :)

Wow, that was one long message.

    Hi,

I know the movie The Craft, watched it a few times!
Your contact with you uncle sounds very special, how he gives you messages trough dreams!
Which divination methods do you use besides Tarot?
I made Runes a while ago, but i still have to dye them.
I'm still finding out which method will work best for me!

I have been in a group as well, we celebrated the Sabbats and Esbats together.
Last year we decided to all go solo again!

Do you celebrate the feasts with your children?
I am the only one practicing in my family but when i make dinner for a Sabbat, they all eat with me.

Thanks for letting mek now about Once a witch, maybe i will read it one day.
I am reading: ''That old black magic'' by Michelle Rowen.
Really like her books and characters!

    I hope you'll have a great day!

You're also probably wondering why I'm asking so many questions :) It's because I live in a culture completely different from yours, and although I've read a lot about your lifestyle, I haven't actually talked to many people who are like that.
If you're asking how my culture is different, I'll tell you that I don't talk to guys. In fact, the only guys I've spoken to are my relatives. I don't know any guys at all. I studied in an all-girls school, and my college is all-girls too. Well, except when we're in the later years, the hospital rounds are co-ed.
The other difference is we have arranged marriages. Don't get me wrong, I LIKE my lifestyle, I wouldn't want it any other way, but I'm interested in yours too.

ADHD - attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, right? It's a coincidence, because I JUST learned about ADHD briefly in my med school a couple weeks ago or something!
Oh, now you're probably wondering how I got into med school at 17. It's because I did 8 IGCSE subjects (I presume you know about the IGCSE - everyone does ;) ) and I got A*'s in all of them, so they accepted me after tenth grade. I'm in my second year of med school now :)
Out of all your kids, I like Dj the most. Well, Marion too, because he's such a good baby, and I generally don't like babies that cry. I don't think anyone does.
Oh, the breaking part - one of my cousins (in India - all of my extended family is in India, only mom, dad, my brother Abdullah and my sister Aamnah and I stay in Jeddah) is like that. I am always careful to keep my laptop-slash-cell-phone somewhere he won't be able to find it. We call him the 'techno boy'. He loves ANYTHING that has wires in it. When he was five a year back, I told him that I was going to buy a new laptop. He asked me if he could have my old one, and when I asked why, he said he wanted to take it apart and see what was inside and exactly how a computer worked.
    I know, I laughed too.
OmG, I love Roald Dahl! He's awesome, and my brother loves him too!
Yes, I think HP is a bit too advanced for four year-olds too - I'm waiting for my sister to reach third grade, so I can introduce HP to her. My brother doesn't like magic or fantasy novels, he likes mysteries and thrillers, like John Grisham and Dan Brown. I'm /determined/ that one of my siblings read HP and love it just as much as I do.
Now tell me more about your hubby-slash-bf. How you met and all. And, oh yes, I wanted to ask you, how do you have 3 kids at the age of 26? I mean, how did you settle down and start a family at 21? People are usually older when they get kids. Oh, I hope I didn't offend you. I'm just curious, that's all :)
