I LOVE to read, especially when I read by myself my first book at 5 (1965ish!). A duck and a pond (can't remember the name :-( though). I was so excited that I drew the cover of the book, which took me about 1-2 hours!. It was almost identical to the cover....NO tracing was allowed! I got the book bug!!! I LOVE to read, especially when I read by myself my first book at 5 (1965ish!). A duck and a pond (can't remember the name :-( though). I was so excited that I drew the cover of the book, which took me about 1-2 hours!. It was almost identical to the cover....NO tracing was allowed! I got the book bug!!! I am now 50+ with 2 kids and 2 grand-kids. I started reading to them from pregnancy to today. I wanted to pass on the love of books. I always said "when you read a book, you can go anywhere, be and see anything, experience and learn everything!" It's hard to keep a good book down!!!
I am the oldest of a large family, a crafter, artist, creator and inventor, baker, cake decorator, and candy maker, photographer and videographer, thinker, problem solver, dreamer, philosopher, caregiver, humanitarian and a concerned citizen. (not famous on anything, lol!) I am eclectic. intuitive, sensitive, emotional, and feel too deeply at times. I love to learn new things! I give way more than I ever get back. I am a good friend, and a very caring person. I love my kids and grand-kids more than life itself. I am an avid surfer (of the web!). I like movies, including kids animation. I try to read the book first, then watch a show. Most don't follow the book enough. I have way more imagination when I read!! I like playing games (not head games), music, Broadway shows and theater, computers and most electronic gadgets. I like to know and figure out how things works or are made. I would love to see all of this wonderful country (USA), and other places in the world before I leave this world.
