    Gone Girl

I am giving this book zero stars. It is the first book that I have ever read that I intensely disliked all of the characters and was hoping for a murder/suicide at the end.

In this book two brothers who look for their dad who got lost. They try looking for him in a house on a cliff. The conflict is that their dad gets lost. One of the quotes was Maybe I can give you a tip where to find your father.Another quote is So you boys want to help me on another case.He likes to write a lot about mysteries. This book doesn't connect with anything.

Tis book is about these two boys named the hardy boys who's dad goes missing. They were helping there dad with a case about a criminal named Snattman who trades illegal drugs and smuggles stolen drugs when there dad got lost. Before there dad goes missing he directs them to a house on a cliff. When they went to the house they see a guy on a boat who was getting chased by another guy on a boat then his boat blows up.The brothers go help the guy who's boat blew up.They think that there father mite be somewhere by the house. They try talking to people who seen him last but they don't now anything. So they look all over the house and they find a cave under the house. They look for him in there. They find there dad in the cave.

Review: This book is about Sadie and Cater, who are sister and brother. They are both magicians who are trying to stop Apophis, a giant snake of chaos, from swallowing the Sun. They have to go on a journey to capture this snake's shadow. They must get this shadow to defeat the snake... or it will swallow the Sun.
Quotes: My favorite quote from Carter is when he said, " Though I don't think either of us will ever pass for typical."
My other favorite quote is from Sadie. She says, " Ah, my three favorite words, Carter, shut up."
Writing style: The author writes this book like it is a recording. Two people, Sadie and Carter, narrate the book.
Rating: I gave this book five stars because it is exciting during the whole book. I also loved the way that it was written. It is a great last book of the series, you should read it!

The “Maze of Bones” by Rick Riordan is a mystery/adventure/suspense/fantasy/historical fiction book. The book is written in present tense, first person in the view of Dan and Amy Cahill. After Dan and Amy’s grandmother dies, their whole family is given a choice between $1,000,000 or an adventure to find a family secret that will give them amazing power. With the adventure comes 39 clues and they are given their first clue right away and have to search for the others, their first clue is: “Resolution: the fine print to guess, seek out Richard S_____ “When Amy, Dan, and about 30 other groups choose the adventure they travel from the U.S all the way to Europe to try and find out their next clue, but there are several groups and “A Man in Black” who are trying to kill them. With many groups on their trail, will they be able to make it to the second clue?
This book is similar to “The Red Pyramid” in both books kids have to go on a journey to find/keep their family secrets. I rated this book 4/5 because it keeps you guess, there are not very many slow parts, and it has many historical figures. People who enjoy mystery and fantasy would enjoy this book very much.

This book is a 2nd book in a series by a very famous author. his name is James Patterson. the author of the witch and wizard books. this book is The Gift, in the Witch and Wizard series. THis book is all about a brother and sister in the hand of the United States new goverment called the New Order. In the first book Whit allgood and Wistera allgood ( Whisty) have been arested for being a witch and wizard. Both of them did not know what they were talking about. but they ecscape the New Order and now are is a land called the freeland. this is were all the kids with no parent or relative stay and try to stay out of the New Orders way. But some times they go on very high risc missions tring to save other kids from the New Order's jail. They have failed some missions but not very many. Just like Whit said, "you can't win them all olny some time you can be champions. I would give this book a rating of 4 and a half because some times it got realy boring so i stoped reading it for that day. i would recomened this book to some one who loves fanasty books and love the harry potter books. If you love Jamse Patterson then you will love his other books like DainelX, Max, and Middle School the worst years of my life. Thank for reading look for my other books reviews too.
