Dang, Coach, I haven"t been here for so long that I've forgotten my password. Thanks for the "follow," and I hope to able to read at least a fifth of your monthy reading rate.
Hi Steven, You might enjoy reading my new stylish noir LAKE CHARLES is set in the Smoky Mountains. Publishers Weekly and Kirkus Reviews gave it a thumbs up. Best regards, Ed Lynskey
Welcome to the History Non-Fiction Group. There are a few group rules posted at the top of the group page. Please take a moment to review and if you haven't already done so, introduce yourself in our "Welcome and Introduction" thread and tell us what your interests are. Our group reads are done on a quarterly basis and the discussion for the Apr-Jun group read, Those Damned Rebels: The American Revolution As Seen Through British Eyes by Michael Pearson, is already in process. The vote has been held for the the next quarter and the selected book is: Conquistador: Hernan Cortes, King Montezuma and the Last Stand of the Aztecs by Buddy Levy. We hope you'll join us for the group read. Again, welcome to the group.Jan (Group Admin)
Thank you:)
hello there.
I am reading several books at once. I will post them. Most of them are classics, since I am working on a sequel to my novel Dosha, flight of the Russian Gypsies. I still find that writers of the past were less risk averse, trying new styles, new innovative ways of digging below the surface. Anyway, this seems like a great group. Till very soon, Sonia
Hi there! I'm just dropping by to welcome you to The 100+ Book Challenge. The idea of the group is pretty much self explanatory - try to read 100 or more books in a one year period. If you do have any questions, please feel free to send a message to me or Tenia. In the meantime, good luck reaching your goal!
