Hi Marian ---- I plan to read "The Invisible Bridge". It seems as if it would be a good read - nice and thick with lots of characters, vistas, and things happening. Did you find this so? I've also looked at Reading Timeline and found several books that we've both read like "Edgar Sawtelle","People of the BooK","The Red Tent" and "One Fifth Avenue" which I thoroughly enjoyed and you did, too. Well, happy reading ---- Frances L
Marian, Just peeked at your bookshelf. I started The Zookeeper's Wife and couldn't get ino it. Skimmed through after a while but nothing really caught my interest. Might have been better as a novel rather than non-fiction. Did you read it? Also had The Tourist for a while- was never in the mood for it and it was overdue so I returned it to the library after only a few chapters. Did you read it? Might start Mr. Peanut tonight- looks different- reviews are mixed.
so here I am!
