- Because of where I live, the weather is bipolar all the time. It can make or... more »

AHHH!!! I totally can't wait to see Grey's Season 8!! Okay, you have to let me know about a coulple of things.. Meradith and Derek? Are they still together or are they apart for good? Did they end up adopting the baby?

Oh and we're in need of more Nunavut characters... they'll all pretty much make their way to Geisadam once they find the portal.

    Okay, so in Kingdoms:

The two kingdoms do not talk with each other because they exist at different time periods. Nunavut is a dystopian land from the future that has been destroyed by...something. Geisadam exists in the 1600's near a forest. But there is a portal that will link the two worlds. Problem is no one knows where it is. Except for ML's character, Prince Ilvas, who went through it. And Kat's character saw him go through it.

Geisadam is run by Ilvas's parents, the King and Queen. Vinashta (Kat's character) is an old hag/witch who lives deep in the forest and usually does the bidding of Oonaine, the most evil spirit ever :P Oonaine (who we all share in the writing of) seeks people with powers and people who pass through the portal. She sucks the energies out of them to become more powerful, then traps them as spirits. Vinashta takes care of these spirits, who are trapped in an area in the deep wood. Vin has recently found this vision pool that tells the future and has good spirits that guide Vin. She's heard that there are kids who are going to be essential to overthrowing Oonaine and free the trapped spirits. Ilvas is one of them. Vin has decided to try to help them, without Oonaine's knowlege. Oh, and Oonaine cut out Vin's tongue for disobeying her.

In Geisadam, Wanderer's Guntram also does the bidding of Oonaine and he was working with Vincent (her other character) to kill the royal family, but now Vincent is trying to escape from a wine cellar that Guntram is hiding in. My character, Aria, has the power to heal people and right now, she's following Vincent and trying to figure out what Guntram is up to. By the way, Vin (Kat's character) morphed into a moth and is riding on Aria's back, lol.

In Nunavut, outlaws and gangs are constantly fighting for territory. Hope's Calli sort of runs the show. She's very outspoken and likes to be in power. She's searching for information on the location of the portal as she wants to go back in time and become a princess :P Allison's Deron is with Calli right now and they are making their way through the streets, though i'm not all too sure where they are going. Ilvas is wandering in Nunavut at the moment but hasn't met up with anyone yet.

I think that that's everything. If you're confused about anything let me know.

Ooo, are the covers ever different? And you'll have to do that and let me know! Okay, but i'm curious, how do you get ahold of ARC's? And I know what you mean! There's never enough time for reading!

You know, I've heard people talk about the ARC's.. have you ever read an ARC and then the original? I'm wondering how much different they might possibly be. And in that case, i'll have to get my hands on it! I just need to find some time to actually sit down and read first!

    ¡Hello!

I am a recent member in Shelfari and I find it very interesting and enriching for readers and authors. I am just taking my first steps in this rich world through Internet where my wife and my two daughters travel since long time ago. My mother language is Spanish even though I speak English.

I recently spent a few days in the “Gran Sabana” in southern Venezuela, one of the more ancient places in our planet. From where I live it is a day trip by road. It was a novel experience for my youngest daughter; sleep in a tent in a native camp, bath in waterfalls, navigate a rushing river by canoe, see large waterfalls and majestic “tepuyes”, sense the immensity of the vast plateau of the plains in the middle of the jungle, and more. For me, it was the opportunity to meet again with the place that inspired the first of four adventures that give life to my fiction novel in Spanish, always motivated to communicate realistic and positive messages to teens and young adults.

If you know someone that may be interested in reading a fiction novel of mystery and adventure in Spanish, here are the links in Amazon:
(La búsqueda de los verdaderos tesoros: La guía, la llave y el salvoconducto.)
    www.createspace.com/3552658.
    www.amazon.com/dp/B004QGYXES.
You will find that you can read part of the novel and also that there are some Book Extras that may give you an idea about it.

    My best regards, Bernardo Lorenzo.
