Logotherapy focuses is not retrospective or as introspective and focuses on the future and finding meaning for life. Logotherapy regards its assignment as that of assisting the patient to find meaning in his life. Frankl was incarcerated in a German concentration camp after his development of logo therapy so was able to then test against real life trauma. Interesting and detached emotionally but felt overly lengthy - academic in the sense it took several pages to expound a single idea”
