“Always enjoy Christine Mckenna books. Not for everyone since she writes in Irish dialect and it takes time to get into it, but that always sings to me. Hauntingly sad, yet full of typical dark humor, her stories shed light on life in small town Northern Ireland. Full of IRA intrigue, it puts a human face on the suffering during "The Troubles."”
