Nancy D

I love to both write and read. I enjoy romance (historical and erotic), some mainstream fiction, erotica, fantasy, historical novels and erotic horror. I read a lot of non-fiction and enjoy reading about many different topics. I am a Pagan and a Druid, a cat lover, a belly dancer, a beader, a Rennie, and a tattoo enthusiast.

I did pick up Ariel so thanks for the endorsement. By th way your cat looks just like our cat Tazmania who is "Taz" for short.

@The Ancient one.....I believe your words but I also believe a higher joy is to learn, as well as teach, as there are infinate things to learn. One will forever be able to find something new to learn, and in the interacting with others, though they are not teachers, they will spread their knowledge. The teacher can only teach what is known, and, though they do acheive pleasure in the spreading of that knowledge they also learn within that teaching.

  • The Ancient One

    The Ancient One says

We find greatest joy, not in getting, but in expressing what we are...Men do not really live for honors or for pay; their gladness is not the taking and holding, but in doing, the striving, the building, the living. It is a higher joy to teach than to be taught. It is good to get justice, but better to do it; fun to have things but more to make them. The happy man is he who lives the life of love, not for the honors it may bring, but for the life itself.

I switch from beach comber to cowboy with a homeless guy look when in old work clothes. Funny, but I can be sitting by the horses reading a text on nucleons or even on a horse reading poetry.

I've always been fascinated by the subjects. When I was younger I met a girl who claimed she was a witch; I wish I would have pursued. I see more sensuality from those that have less conventional views. However I look I'm not conventional.

Very interesting collection and reading breadth. You have more books on Wicca and witch subjects that I've yet seen; plus an extensive coverage of sensuality. Nice library.
