Lehane is one of my favorite author and Scorcese my favorite director, although I'm not sure I like how he interpreted the book. I agree though about your take on Dicaprio.

Tommy C - happy to be your friend - we share authors we like in common, obviously. I see you haven't read any Dennis LeHane, try him, he's a terrific writer. I'm starting to branch out to some of the foreign mystery authors most recently, Girl with the Dragron Tattoo by Stieg Larsson. You've made a lot of new friends since you've joined and I hope you love this site as much as I do - I visit it almost every day and....I LOVE NEW YORK!

I see that you like Stephen King. Have you read Salem's Lot? It is about vampires, but scary, not like Twilight. Actually, I have not read Salem's Lot, but my mom said it is SCARY and I'm going to read it. I started reading Twilight--what a snooze.
