“Very powerful message. I took off one star only because of my reservations about the idea of a collection of spirits speaking through the author "We will write a book together". That, for me, was not even necessary.
I do like the exercises in the second half of the book. Some of them have proved effective in bringing me out of a funk from time to time. ”
