Lighten up! You need to read some trash or at least a good murder mystery. Give yourself some slack during these last couple of summer weeks. New staff, old staff, they'll do as they damn well please. Read something by Ruth Rendell. Her detective Reg Wexford is very down to earth. Or her psychologocal "thrillers" will give you so many other things to think about that you may come up with some answers for the staff while you're looking the other way! That is, of course, if you don't murder them.
