Hi Lilly, Thanks for your message. I'm going to try and get through a few Dale Carnegie's pretty soon. I had heard that some of his work is repitious though, if you've read winning friends. I've got his book on Public Speaking ready to read though, which does look good.
Crucial Conversations was quite good, I don't think it helped me that much, but I don't really have a problem with getting to the point and standing up for myself. It was about a year a go though, so I can't exactly remember. I'll see how many pages I tagged in the book, that's usually an indication of how much useful stuff I found in there.
