I am a married 20-something and I live in a small town with my wonderful husband, our daughter, and our cats. I work in higher education, and hold a Masters in Business Administration. I have loved reading since my first book ("I Teach My Dog 100 Words"); in fact, when I was younger the librarians at our local library used to admonish me to leave some books for the other people! I bought an expandable backpack when I was young, and used to jam it full of new books every week...that might explain my current back problems. I particularly love classic literature, and am currently exploring modern literature through a book club I founded with my mother, which meets monthly. I also particularly love history, biography, memoirs, and business books (especially marketing and innovation).
I am a trained singer, and enjoy music of all sorts, though of course I have some specific favorites (among them any and all musical theatre, Nickel Creek, Switchfoot, Josh Groban, Miles Davis...I'll stop.) I am an avid watcher of films, I love thunderstorms, curling up under a blanket with tea/coffee/hot chocolate, running, Thai food, and hearing the thoughts of anyone who loves reading as much as I do - I hope that means you!
