    Hello, and thanks for the friend invite! I see we have a few books in common, especially noting the recent posts about the Earthsea Cycle books by Le Guin. How are they? I'm hoping to read those sometime soon.

    To be honest they are what got me started but I am way past those. Not obsessed with those as alot of people are. I recently found JR Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood and Charlaine Harris - Sookie Stackhouse series. You might know the Sookie books as there is now a series on HBO that is loosely based on them.

    Hi Jim. No I haven't read and of the Brandon Sanderson's books. I will have to check them out. I don't think I could quit Wheel of time. They are some of those rare books that I would actually pick up and read again (after a few yrs). You should try Anne McCaffrey then. I like s/f also. I can't say its my all time favorite but I do like to get my hands on a well written one. My favorite in the past was Armour by R. Starky (I think thats his name). Don't cringe but I have recently jumped on the paranormal romance train with all those other crazy women.;) At least now..until I wear myself out on them. As I usually do..I read a genre until I get bored with it and then find a new one to get involved in.

    Hi Jim,
    Thanks for the friends request. I see you have a alot of Terry Brooks on your shelf. I read most of his stuff years ago. And alot of David Eddings. I just haven't taken the time to add all of theirs to my shelf. My all time favorite books are the Wheel of time series. Have you read any of Anne McCaffrey? Dragon riders of pern? Really good series.
