Right now, I'm reading The Gathering Storm, the latest installment of the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan and Assassin's Quest, the third book in the Assassin trilogy by Robin Hobb. As if that wasn't enough to keep me busy, I've gotten myself involved in a Science Fiction Reading Challenge in an effort... more »

It's Nov. 1st. . . good luck with your challenge! Don't forget to leave any books you've loved in the Suggestions thread (and add them to the group shelf) so others can benefit from your experience! :)

Welcome to the SF Reading Challenge! It's almost Nov. 1st, so if that was going to be your start date, don't forget to start your personal tracking thread in the discussions section of our group. Good reading!

Hi there! I'm just dropping by to welcome you to The 100+ Book Challenge. The idea of the group is pretty much self explanatory - try to read 100 or more books in a one year period. If you do have any questions, please feel free to send a message to me or Tenia. In the meantime, good luck reaching your goal!

Hi Brenda and welcome to the Bilbiophile Club group. Although our reading tastes are different, we do have one big interest in common. I'm also a quilter (25+ years), and make my living as a freelance editor for quilt publishers and authors. (In fact, I was editor of a few of the books I see on your shelf ;-) If you get a chance, check out my shelf. Books from my quilting library are mostly on my Owns shelf. You won't find all of my quilting books there, but I've already listed lots of them.

Welcome to 1001 books. You can keep track of the books you have read from the book, 1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die here and join in the discussions on the books we are reading for the month (from the book) or you can argue the merits of the list as some enjoy doing. We hope you will want to join in our discussions. The current books are at the top of the list for that month. If there is any way I or Mossflower can answer your questions about the group or about Shelfari, let us know.
If you don’t own the book the list can be found http://www.listology.com/content_show.cfm?content_id=22845. A downloadable list of the second edition is available at http://johnandsheena.co.uk/books/?page_id=160.

Hi Brenda, Welcome and thank you for joining the Bibliophile Club Group. We hope that you will enjoy your new group and will find our discussions interesting. You may want to join us in our discussions. Our admins, James, Kelsey, Sarah, Liway and Paul and myself will be only too happy to answer any questions you have about the group. James has started a `Book of the Month theme. and the book to read this month is `The book Thief'. I read it and it is an excellent book. You are welcome to join in or you may want to read your own list of books. The point is that you enjoy being part of our group. All the best and enjoy your reading.
