Ludlum's books are better than the movies based on them - at least the ones I've seen.
Oh, by the way, if you are interested, you will find most of the Ludlum books in my library and you are welcome to borrow them anytime.
I have all of his books and some of the books authored by or with someone else. I don't care much for the "Covert 1" series, but love his Bourne series.
