Because you enjoy Jack Vance I want to recommend a few more of my favorite sci/fi authors for you to consider adding to your wish list: "The Barsoom Series" by Edgar Rice Burroughs, "Deathworld: Trilogy" by Harry Harrison, and "The Harry Irons Trilogy" by Thomas Stone. Also, as you may have noticed from my bookshelf I'm committed to reading every Jack Vance story I can get my hands on but still have a ways to go.
Goutham, if you can you should read "The Durdane Trilogy" consists of three books in this order: "The Anome," "The Brave Men," and "Asutra" which i recommend is the order you read them in. "Ecce & Old Earth" is the second book in the "Cadwal Chronicles: Trilogy." Following is the order of the trilogy: "Araminta Station," "Ecce & Old Earth," and "Throy," and I recommend you read them in that order. I am so happy to hear of your addiction to reading Jack Vance's masterful stories, I share the same addiction. Thank you for your kind words regarding my attempts to adequately review of his works. I hope this information helps as you delve deeper into the spellbinidng word's and world's of one of America's literary treasures. Enjoy and READ ON...
Goutham, I couldn't agree more, in fact I find nearly all of Jack Vance's stories unique and original. I'm currently finishing up his "Planet of Adventure Collection" and will be starting the "Alastor Collection" next. He's an amazing inditer about wondorous magical places and people and things!!! I think you will love "Night Lamp," "The Cadwal Chronicles" and the "LyonesseTrilogy" also. Enjoy and READ ON...
