    I just uploaded them: http://www.flickr.com/photos/beach_baby/sets/72157626484642933/

This house use to be the house i lived in: http://www.flickr.com/photos/beach_baby/sets/72157624517072503/

I know! In the area they condemn an old school, and turned it into apartments for the elderly!

Not only what a building use to be, but what use to be in that spot! Like a grave yard or something!

I want to go to Centralia one day soon, its about an hour away from me. So like 2 hours from you i'd say.

I never heard about the mental asylum!!! like hell i'd ever move into one!!! I'll google it then and see.

There use to be this old farm house on the main road near me, i fell in love with it and always said i was going to buy it. The lady that owned it recently died. I'm not sure why she didn't live there, but it had been empty or around 30-40 years. Maybe longer. They recently tore it down and i cried. I got to go inside of it before they did though, it was awesome! Secret passage ways in different parts of the house. I have pictures of it! I'll try and upload on Flickr.

Have you ever heard about Centraillia, PA? Back in i think the 60's it was they had a huge underground fire, which is still burning to this minute. Only 7 people live there and its a complete ghost town.

There was a murder a few years back in this house near my old doctors, the guy raped his kids, and before he was to go to jail he murdered everyone and himself in the house. The house is now apartments.

There is a community on Livejournal called abandonedplaces i think, people post a bunch of pictures of abandoned houses and places on there. Its pretty cool.

I love that you are reading Paranormal books! I love the paranormal and always wanted to visit some haunted places.

I was just reading about a Hotel in Philly that is haunted, and i think recently had crime scene people there because of a movie that was made they left all the gory blood and body parts in one of the rooms and never cleaned it up. Someone thought someone got murdered, but they found out it was just a scene for a movie. I think that was on Cracked.com

Sorry - I've been so super busy that I haven't had time to pick it up. But no, we haven't given up on it yet. :) I promise that someday soon you'll find it in your mailbox!

About my shelf - yeahhhh. Whenever I see a book that looks interesting, I add it just in case I come across it somehow :) But deep down, I know I'm not going to read ALL those books, haha

I was thinking you could just let me know when you're done and I'll drive to your house to pick it up (if you're not there, you can leave it in the mailbox or something) . I pass by your house everyday on my way to/from work anyway. This way you wouldn't have to drive all the way to Harford or Howard (where I work) Co.

I'm all for reading something new....the book sounds controversial but interesting! Plus, if it's a teen novel, that'll mean we'll be able to finish the chapters more quickly (ie: it won't take us a year, lol) What's the name of the book?

Hey, do you remember when me, you, and Susan read that one book "Give A Boy A Gun" together? And we wrote comments in the book as we went along? I was just thinking how neat of an idea that was and since we both love books, I was thinking maybe we could do the same thing now? Let's say the person reads 5 chapters at a time (depending on how long the chapters are), drops it in the other's mailbox (as would be the case for me, since you're on my way home from work) or mail it to them, the other person reads those same 5 chapters, and so on and so forth. What do you think?
