Hi Julia!I´m doing fine, thank you. And how are you doing? Missing cold, rainy, small, boring Göttingen? :)Well... I did not lie to you. But neither did I tell you the truth, the whole thruth, and nothing but the thruth so save me God... In fact, I read about 80% of the book (thus "I read the book" :), have met many, many Blacks, but still haven´t read until the end.I have a big problem, possibly related to the fact that I´m Gemini, that I start so many things at the same time. But I really aim at finding out the rest of the story of the book, that is why the book is still in the part "plan to read".Besides, I guess the charm of the book lies more on the main character and the extra-ordinary stories he has with ordinary people. Thus, even if you don't manage to read until you find out that the murderer was the buttler (as usual), you still profit from the book itself.Happy Halloween!Lope
Well I am glad you like it - it's really fun to see what people are reading! And a great way to get recommendations. :o) I went through my memory but haven't yet gone through my real life book shelf... Should do that...
Welcome to the site!! I see you've already added a ton to your self!! Yay!!! :o)
