Yeah, Megan Scholten and I read it during DEAR together and we really enjoyed it. It was a great book, and it actually had a lesson to it that was understandable.
Dr. Talcott, I would say it would be ok for your son to begin reading the Harry Potter series. Overall I do not believe they are extremely scary, although you might want to consult another person to view their opinion. I think that J.K. Rowling's book are very enjoyable for all ages and are a great series to get started on. Thank you for showing an interest in our activities, and I hope your son will enjoy the books like I do.
