Hi Diane & Co. What is this 1001 book club all about?
Hey ... Welcome to 50-Book ChallengeI loved The Giver too.Basically 50-book challenge is more a place where people keep track of the books they read during the year. I always feature a book, but we don't have any group reads.
Sorry, Diane, I didn't realize that you were asking which books we are currently reading. The books are 1984, Black Water and The English Patient. All were great choices and made for good discussion. We are choosing our May books right now. Be sure to do that if you haven't already. We have some great books to choose from.
Are you asking where to get the book or what is the book. For finding books, I always try the library first, then I try some book swapping sites (Paperbackswap and Bookmooch for a couple) I sometimes download free if they are old enough. Otherwise I buy from Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
