Reading expands the vocabulary...tis true. I am 31 and single mother to my own beautiful princess who is going to turn 10 this year. I have a passion, or obsession as my friends would say, for books. I have been known to sit for almost 24 hours straight just to finish a book I was completely absorbed in. Take the Twilight Series, for example. I read all 4 books in 5 days, yes 5. Books are my own personal addiction. For christmas or my birthday or any holiday where someone buys you a gift, I always ask for gift cards to Barnes and Nobles so that I can go buy more books. I have so many books that I have a whole bookshelf full and 6 boxes of books in storage. My daughter is getting slightly obsessed with books the same way i have become. Books can take you to places you can only dream of, and somtimes do depending on the book ;-). I hope you enjoy the diverse list of books on my shelf. Dont hesitate to ask about any of them. « less
