    I overheard someone talking about it and they didn't like it at all. So, until over half way thru, I kept thinking I would get to a part that I hated....but I didn't. I really liked it! And it is part of a trilogy and now I am looking for the next book! :) Hope you are enjoying it also. Pillars of the Earth is on my 'to read' list.

    Lucy, I see you just read Stranger in a Strange Land. Had you read it before? I read it in high school and loved it and then I re-read it a few years ago and only liked it. I think I was just blown away by it the first time because I had never read anything like it. I don't usually read much sci-fi. I still think he is a good author and I still love the book. Merry Christmas! :)
