ANother friend from Shelfari told me of his mystery/suspense/thriller he wrote and I decided to read something light as the last 3 books I read were of Life's Lessons. This one is really good!!! Definately a page turner that you don't want to put down. then I hope to read The Last lecture next. Let's share thoughts about it as we read it?
I saw yesterday that you were reading The Last Lecture. I have given that book as a gift to every family member (small family though), and was inspired to read it when I read you were. I went to get it from my shelf and OMG, it was gone. Someone must have borrowed it and forgot to mention it. So now I'll order another copy....in the meantime I picked up Mitch Albom's The Five People You Meet In Heaven. Have you ever read that?
Funny you mention Pride and Prejudice. I just bought that book a couple days ago......read it in high school and it wasn't my style then, but Ihave changed a lot! thanks for the info on the books, much appreciated!Best, Catherine D
