yup - i do a lot of reading. I just read the first Ann Pigeon book. I didn't want to start at the first cause I wanted to read one with yellowstone or someplace I was familiar with. But it worked out since we actually went to the Guadalupes when we lived in El Paso and we even hiked up McKittrick Canyon!

You definitely are a Nevada Barr fan. Guess I'll have to read one - which is the best? Do they need to be read in any kind of order?
