I enjoy writing and reading so much that I felt it was important to incorporate into my educational pursuits. It may not go directly with my major, but...

This installment had the usual characters as prior books. It was nice the see the development of relationships, both good and bad. My heart goes out to Catcher. Its seems as if he is feeling a bit stupid. Poor guy. It was also good and frustating to read about the relationship between the main characters. I hope their minds are made up and they continue to progress. The villilan and the story behind him was very interesting and his actions where tied in well with what he is. Im sure we have not seen the last of Mr. Tate.

Even though I gave this book a strong rating, it took a little for it to pull me in. I feel that it was going too slow. Even though I gave this book a strong rating, it took a little for it to pull me in. I feel that it was going too slow. The author did continue to storys arc with the villian and his plans but i feel that it took a back seat to the romance for the first half of the book. BUT, it was great. Jem breaks my heart and so does Will. Will doesnt love often or easily but he loves with all he has. The characters are all courages and ready for anything even if its defeat. Charlotte is such a strong woman! Sophie is beautiful in many ways, Cecily is the usual teenage shadowhunter girl. She wants to be cute and girlie but she wants to be involved and fight. Sound familiar? (hint, hint *lightwood*) . Magnus is Magnus, love him! Tessa grew on me. At the end of the book, I respected her. Her choice to leave London was difficult for me to grasp but understandable. I would love to have them in another Mortal Instruments book.

I have several different feelings about this book. No worries, i wont give out any spoilers. I feel mostly angry. I am in disbelief, stunned, sad, bewildered. the information given in this book was amazing. The story line followed a good arc as well. We saw some characters from prior books and a couple of new ones that you know will cause issues in the books to come. Morgan got what he deserved from Merit, Joshua is just a selfish a$$, Jeff always comes through and you have to love Mallory for being a brutally honest BFF. The book has scenes that where heart warming, funny, eye opening and jaw dropping. Again i say, i am happy i started this series this year.

What can I say.....It was thrilling, frustrating, exhilirating, sad. It made me laugh, drop my jaw, lol. I said "aww" and "WHAT?!" and OMG, are you kidding me. JR Ward never fails to make me happy. She dove into this relationship with such determination and it showed. It showed in the main...

It showed in the main characters individual thoughts, incredible issues between them, love scenes and their emotions. Quote: page 475 "In this case, payback, as it tuned out, was atually a pledge. Something that was made with no expectations and no reservations. It was the jump without a parachute, the leap without knowing, the trip and fall without anything to catch you." Im ecstatic about Quinn's position, Im happy and on edge about Layla's situation, Im excited about Assail's next steps and concerned for Beth and what she wants. Im happy and upset I have finished this book. I wish it could've gone on forever
