I think I gave this one 4 stars. I liked it, but man it was LOOOOONG. But I think it will be a good story to read to the kiddos when they're a little older.
I remember liking this book very much when I was a child. I wanted to be just like Jo. But now I reread as a adult and it's not as exciting as I remembered :(. Yes, you're right. It would be a great book to read to kids!
