“So far, I'm reading this book, & it is one of the best books I've Ever read! It's a historical fiction time period. It took place in the 1900's where the great depression was in place. Well, anyway, In this story, Bud NOT Buddy is a orphan. He has to live in a orphanage, One, because,his mother died of illness, and two, his dad is somewhere far far far away. So it's very very super hard for bud. then one day with determination, Bud went out to HopperVille Michigan to look for his dad named supposidly, Herman E. Calloway. Traveling with a suitcase full of love and flyers, Bud is determinted to live in a family with his dad.
I really suggest this book, It dose'nt have a award for nothing.”
