Thanks, I'll pick 'The Book Thief' up later this week.
It's very long and quite dense. Start off slow but it'll picked up pace and you'll get hooked. I think it's quite brilliant. Basically it's an historical fantasy set in Victorian times. There are numerous footnotes peppered throughout the book. It might annoy some readers but I find it entertaining and quite fun to read. You'll need patience for this book but it's worth it.
That Miriam Toews book you're reading look really interesting. I see you enjoy Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series. I can't wait for her An Echo In The Bone to come out.
Nikki!!!! Indeed it has been a long time. I'm doing well. I signed up on this because I'm REALLY getting into reading again and figured I'd scope around for what books are good. Think I have a fair way to catch up with your mammoth reading collection, LOL. I'll take a look at the recommendation! Hope all is good on your end. x
