Wow! Great news! Mrs. Sapadin just told me about another book, actually written by a man with autism (actually, an autistic savant). It's his memoir. Born on a Blue Day. I've just put it on my reading list. I'll send the book rec. to you!
You will LOVE Curious Incident!!! It's fascinating and really well written!! It's not Lit Themes worthy?
I hope Brothers K hasn't been too horrible or difficult. I know it's a tough book... But here's what I was thinking-- maybe the next one you should pick up is Native Son (Richard Wright) or Invisible Man (Ralph Ellison). They're both a little longer, a little intense (in issues-- mostly racial tension), but both very worth it. They'll hold your attention much more than Brothers K.
