“Ok, so I bought this to add to my Stephen King collection because it has cool cover art and its a tiny hardback. How cute. The title story, obvious, Blockade Billy was decent. Told from a style of Mr. King interviewing an older ball player from the 50's. There is nothing supernatural about the story. No haunted glove or baseball just a story with 'dash' of crazy. I could see this as a movie. Add a little more meat to it and it would be a nice period piece(?) if thats the phrase.
There is also a second "chilling" story called Morality in this book. BORING. An priest or preacher wants to sin before he dies and pays his caretaker to do his sinning. First the sin is ridiculous and secondly how the main character turns in the end is "special". Thank god this story was only 50 pages. ”
