I wish I had more time to read, so thanks to upendedurn, this is here to remind me of what I have read and to make time for the titles I want to read.My shelves will be all over the map, from kidhood through schoolin' and all the way up.
For a job, I work behind the scenes at Emory University's main library.People always say how wonderful it must be, and it is, but it doesn't afford me more chances to read as much as the realization of how many lifetimes I would have to have to read everything!One favorite part of the job is seeing books by poets or people I know come through the door.
For work and life, I organize poetry events, have led three slam teams to National Poetry Slam (and hope to lead more), and have encouraged women to write and speak through Cliterati.I scribble and perform on stages with pages.
