    Review:

"Calling The Shots" by Christine D'Abo is the fourth in the 'Long Shorts' series for this author. This story has lots of twist and turns that kept you reading to see what was coming next in this story. Now, I want you to know that this is a menage relationship, so if this isn't your kind of genre....You know what to do. This was definitely a story of three people who were learning to embrace just who they were and trying to fight off the demons of their past and in the end finding love. It was quite a read seeing these three laughing, flirting and teasing each other. The characters were all well developed and omg the erotic love scenes were...well this is the time that I say you must pick up "Calling The Shots" to see just what all this is about. Be ready for a lots of drama along with this good read.

If you are looking for a good steamy book with a menage trios relationship, "Calling The Shots" would be recommended to you.

    Review:

"Bound to Night" by Nina Croft was the first in the series: 'Sisters of the Moon.' I found this novel to be as usual one of Ms Croft reads that keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering what is coming next. This was a short read but a well written ship of a relations that formed between a vampire and werewolf. Even though this started out as a friendship it becomes so much more.

We find that this young girl, Tasha Grant who was 'telepathic' was attacked by a werewolves at thirteen year old and has lived at 'the Facility" for the past eight years in horrible conditions. Over the years had been forced to turn into one, however, this would not happen...not even during the full moon. A vampire named Jack who was also being held at the 'Facility' was Tasha's only friend and would feed on her at night. Tasha even asks Jack how to turn but he refuses to tell her 'how tor turn, fearful that the men will force the truth out of her with the truth serum.' So, Jack with some assistance from the outside escapes and takes Tasha with him and then this story really gets interesting and this is where I you must pick up this good read of "Bound to Night" to find out what Ms. Croft has in store for the reader. How is this to work with vampires and werewolves are enemies? What all does her father have to do with her being attacked in the first place? From the read you will learn more about Tasha 'special abilities, the circumstances of her birth and most of all her fathers secrets.

If you are looking for a quick fast paced read with even some paranormal sex romance you have come to the right place for Ms. Croft's "Bound to Night" would be a good read that I would recommend to you.

"Born to Be Wild" by Patricia Rosemoor was a very good suspense, mystery and thrilling ride. The suspense and situations that was so dangerous was simply well played in this action, danger and drama of a ride. Also I don't want to leave out some of the hot sex scenes in all of this action that was taking place.

This is a mystery that has brought two people back together due to their fact that their daughter is missing. This was a good read of many twist and turns from a missing child, who showed much strength of character in the face of danger.

"We get to see memories of their innocent teenage love, their fiery hot love, and the love that both Isabel and Micah hope can be their future. But do they end up together? Do they find their daughter alive and well? Who is the culprit?"

"Born to Be Wild" is one that will keep you guessing until the end so at this point I will say you will have to pick up this good read that I can only recommend to you as a good read.

"A Blast From the Past" by Lauren Carr is another series of this authors good Mac Faraday Mystery novel that focused on Archie this time. Ms. Carr is a excellent writer and definitely has the magic that she has the ability to keep us guessing until the very end. She is always able to give us the 'greatest character development and story line.' How this author is able to balance three murders with all the combined suspects can really keep your attention in this Mafia read. Do expect to see lots of mystery, dead bodies, organized crime, and some of the most unusual suspects in this fast moving story. There will also be some humor.

If you are looking for a good mystery that will keep you hooked until the end, you have come to the right place for "A Blast From the Past" would be recommended to you.

"Burn" by Amanda Lawrence Auverigne was definitely one of those saying 'Be careful what you wish for, you might get it.' This is a novella of a young woman who was obsessed with a certain good looking guy, however, her never notices her. Finally she is able to overcome her infatuation. Would you believer that as she moves on with her life the guy that she was infatuation with began to become fascinated with her, following her around and even telling her of his love. Now, what would come of this? This is where I say you must pick up the good read "Burn" to find out where this author will take the reader. The characters Penny, Karen and Matthew will keep you entertained until the end.

"Burn" will be a interesting novella where you will not want to put it down until the very end. If you are into a fast pace and a well written fantasy that is "a tragic tale of unrequested love, dark passion and obsession," I would recommend "Burn" to you.

"The Indictment of Mike Black" by Roy Glenn was another good novel by this author. I will say I love the Mike Black series and this one we find Miss Wanda Moore is finally in charge head of the criminal organization and even Rain is working well which was a surprise to me...I guess I have miss that part of how they got together but it seems like all is going well until one person tells another person and they tell another person that they saw Mike Black ... and then the drama starts and somehow Mike get indicted. A Robert King is in jail and somehow Mike Black get blamed for the death of his son, who died at the hands of Rain Robinson. Wanda is there to the rescue for Mike. This was not a long read so you will need to pick up the read to see how this author will bring it all out to the readers because it will be a interesting read. If you are a Mike Black lover I would recommend this short read to you.

"No More Tears in the End" by Roy Glenn was another one his this author's well written novels. This one was another one that once I started I couldn't put it down until finished. "No More Tears In The End" was involved with Mike Black's finding out who 'arranged the murder of his wife.' Then there is also the daughter of Tatiana Phillips and her family wants to know who is killer. Nike Simmons looks into the murder that leads him straight into nothing good anf for some reason he has help from Raine. How does all of this come out? This is where I say you must pick up "No More Tears In The End" to find out the answers to it all. You will find this read a well written one with a good story line. The characters (crew) as usual were good...from Mike, Nick, Wanda, Raine, Bobby, Kevin to some others simply all were well developed making this a another interesting read that will leave you wanting to get into the next novel by this author. If you are into a good urban fiction, you have come to the right place and I would recommend this novel to you as a good read.

    Review:

"My World Through Me Eyes" by Charmaine Galloway was a novel of beautifully written collections of poems that can only warm your heart. What is so remarkable about these poems are that they all reflect 'the trials and triumphs of the poet’s past.' In all the reading that I do, I have never had a novel of this genre that was simply off the chart... very well written and delivered Ms. Galloway!

To share a bit of this contents:

Part I: Poetry, Caution: DO Not Enter, Hatred, Lost Feelings, You, Insecure, Lost Soul, Addicted, I Need to Find My Happy, Coward, ...Unhealthy Relationships.

Part 2: You are Not a Man You are Still a Boy, I Do Not Want Any More, Weak Soul, We Are No Longer Together, I know I Deserve Better Than This, Love Lost, Conniving Son of a Gun Struck...No More, Good-Bye, Me, Myself, and I, A Night at The Club, Love Jones
    My Prayer

Part 3 Where's the Love, A Chat With Love, Teenage Love, God Sent, The Man Of My Dreams, Dreaming
Part 4 Unbreakable, Dear Moma, Daddy, Step Father, Little Brother...Family Gatherings
    My Prayer

Part 5 Finding Myself, I A Nothing Without You, Cry No More, A Brand New Me, It's A New Day, No Regrets, Survivor, The Best Things in Life are Free... Believe, Secrets
    My Prayer

    Corruption of the World
Part 6 When I Come From, He Saves, ...Stop Running, Yes, We Can, Parent Advisory, Shy Girl, Fast Tail, Rest in Peace My Friend
My Prayer for the corruption on the world.

All of the above really were powerful messages for the reader. You will need to pick up the wonderful written read to see what each and every part of these poems are all about. In the end I found it really tells a wonderful amazing story.

This author has experience a lots in her lifetime that she is sharing to all and through it all with God's help she has made it through. The most important thing that I received from this read is that you can make it through it all with God's help. Ms. Galloway has done a excellent job with sharing "her testimony of Faith." I like this quote from the author: "Learning to Let Go and Let God intervene in her life and heal her from her sinful past has been the most changing, validating, and peace yielding decision she has made."

If you are seeking, wanting and believing you can do it...take a look at these 'heartfelt collection of poems, reflections, and prayers' that this author went through and how she was able to "Learn to Let Go and Let God intervene in her life." Yes, this is a christian read and if this is your genre I would highly recommend "My World, Through My Eyes" novel for you. Again, Thank you Ms. Galloway for sharing yor testimony!
