    “I have a signed first edition, and a 2nd edition of this book, plus a paperback from the 1980s. A very good read and investment.

    Oddly, the 2nd edition has embossed on the front dust jacket "NOT FOR IMPORT TO THE UNITED KINGDOM or the UNITED STATES"”
