Something there is that doesn't love a wall that sends the frozen groundswell under it.
Hi Neeti,I kept getting a sense of "deja vu" (again & again!) as I went through your shelf. There are books whichi have read too, & want to read too. I like your eclectic mix of fiction, spiritual & non- fiction. I seem to forget all the Amar chitra kathas I read too in childhood. How does one refresh one's memories of those?
You have a wonderful shelf. I howled at the brief description for Deliberate Acts of Needless Meanness, added a number to my wish list including To the Elephant Graveyard and In Xanadu. There are many I am not familiar with which is exactly what I look for with this site. I followed your arresting avatar from your comments on Shelfari discussion. I will revisit your collection again. Happy reading.
Hey, kickass shelf. I am "borrowing" your books for ones I have read ... since you seem to have a pretty wide selection I am finding a lot of common ones. Cheerios.
Was at a kiddy book store last weekend - and picked Enid Blyton's "Faraway Tree" - pleased as a punch. Reminded me of school and the surreptitious book exchanges. ;)
Did think you would enjoy it :)
