cool man, you've got some great looking books on your shelf too that we're definately gonna have to check out as well!take it easy and keep on readin!
We're glad you found some things on our shelf that you might like. Most of the books listed we have read together, and some doesn't interest the other, so if you have any questions about a book one of us should be able to answer. If your a fan of fantasy fiction that isn't your usual unicorns/dragons and wizards cup of tea, City of Dreaming Books and all of Walter Moers book are really great. Sort of like if Douglas Adams wasnt so silly, the books are similar in some ways.
Aloha from Kauai,I lived in Citrus Heights before moving to Kauai.I grew up in the Sacramento River Delta and will be returning Oct. 10th for a Book Signing at the Rio Vista library. My thriller, River Bones, takes place in the Delta.Cheers,Mary
I should have never posted all of the MechWarrior, BattleTech novels and rule books :-)
I would not recommend Q-ships. I would have ever recommend two other books on the same subject. The Cruise of the Sea Eagle and hmm, I can't seem to find the other one I will check
Your shelves are definitely awesome, a lot of my favorite books are on there :DMy recommendations....CS Friedman is amazing, I'd recommend her Coldfire Trilogy and This Alien Shore. George R.R. Martins A Song of Ice and Fire is truly amazing ^_^ I'd recommend Neil Gaiman and Death Note, but I see you've already got those on your shelf ^_^And I have added your recommendations to my to read list. Hopefully I'll have time over spring break to check them out. I'm excited to read them :D
hmmm, I'm not sure if I've heard of him before. Anyone in particular you recommend?
I am pleased to know that you have read (and eaten!) this amazingly dense book by Korzybski. What did you find most delicious?
I stir them up with a sprinkle of mint and some OE. Fava beans and a nice chianti if they're high quality.
I use bbq sauce on mine. What's your condiment of choice?
