So, tell me about the Blue Blood thing. How does it compare to Twilight. I understand the appeal of Twilight, and I think the plotting and pacing are good, BUT I don't find much (if any) literary merit to it.
The Nanny Diaries began slow at first and it made me want to put it down, but gradually it became interesting. It drove me crazy sometimes because the child's parents were totally out of his life and they made Nanny, the nanny, become their maid. There were many, many twisting plots that I felt that Nanny should leave the job because it seemed frivolous to continue to be employed by such people. Then again, Nanny felt as if she owed something to them because she and Grayer had a close relationship. Overall, it was a pretty good book.
Sorry I'm replying so late. I haven't had time to get on lately. I think I'm obsessed with Breakfast at Tiffany's and In Cold Blood was very difficult to read. Capote is still a favorite!
Oh, I thought no one would read my About Me. xD I just put in random stuff but thanks. :O Well, it depends what you consider good. :D Just tell me what type you prefer and I'll find you some nice manga. :3
Miss B!!! :DDDD
Have a great weekend! :3 Take care! =]
Miss B. I need to be added on to the group because I can't get into my old account, and you created this account for me.
Thank you Miss. B . The book is good but it's really hard to understand. The book goes into great details, but sometimes I think it goes into too much details , and not all of the information is required. For example, the book listed alot of fights and who slained who, but then they also give us the background of the slained, which I think is pointless because of the fact that they are already dead. But then again, that's why I'm not a writer, and Homer is.
I'm obsessed with Tim Burton ha-ha. I already asked my mother and step-dad for like five of his movies for my birthday. Most people don't like him though, but I guess you have to have an open mind and a unique view on things. Also as for Alice in Wonderland, me either! It's going to be a huge hit! Especially if he is leaning towards the dark art theme instead of the original happy colorful theme.
I figured out you love lois lowry as much as i do.cool
