“It was a real page turner. It lived up to the hype in my opinion... though I was surprised that the main character seemed to be D'Artagnan and not the 3 Musketeers.”

“I loved this book! It would be great to read around Halloween! I am a huge Harry Potter fan, but I must admit that those who claim that those books are satanic could definitely back up their argument with this book. There is a cat with human qualities, loosely comparable to animagi and there are chess pieces that move on their own... both of which directly connected with the devil coming to Moscow. Either way, I love both books. A seriously great read!”

“ Im starting to wonder by reading the reviews on here if the people writing them have actually read the last Princess Diaries book? It has excerpts from this book in there. and so I am pretty sure what to expect. People need to realize that while the earlier books are geared more towards kids, the characters grew up, and so did the subject matters they were dealing with. It is similar to how violence increased and subjects became more serious as the Harry Potter books went along, I would not recommend the 7th book to a child, but I would recommend the first. So basically, get over the sex scenes.

Anyway, its a great book, I was feeling sad that there were no more Princess Diaries books, but this book is good enough that it stands completely separately from the series”

“I was thinking I didn't want to read his new Camp Half Blood series, but now that I've read this last book in the first series I want more! A really great read, and it helped that I honestly could not figure out what was going to happen.”
