Well, I just finished reading a book called Defiance by valerie hobbs. It was a good book, it was very short but touching, and it made me think how lucky i am. And I really like the other's style of writing, like how she "shows not tells" and how she connects the cow to Toby. But I can't tell you much about the plot because it will spoil the book for you.
Also, I just finished of the 39 clues series. It was AMAZING! If you haven't read them yet it is a must!
Dragon Rider by Cornelia Funke is also REALLY good. Normally I don't read fantasy because unless the author is good, the plot sounds really lame. But Cornelia Funke is an AMAZING author!! Her style of writing is so nice! She is really descriptive and she makes me feel as if I want to go into the book and join the characters. And if I was allowed to make one wish, and it would come true, I would probably wish to trade places with the "dragon rider."
