I always was a dreamer n my incongruous surreal world of books was more real to me than the world I resided in.The characters from the books were more vivid and lively than the shadowy presence of the people I interacted with everyday.

As a kid , I used to get lots of books on my birthday. I was not even old enough to read then.My grandfather used to read out the stories for me.When I was old enough, I started reading those stories by myself and there started my hobby of reading.Also I share my passion of book reading with both my parents.During my exams I used to smuggle novels under my course books.Once my mom caught me in the act n she surprised me by saying that she used to do the same thing as a kid.

Once I lay my hands on a book, I forget everything around me. These days with my job I hardly get time to read but still I try to read every single day.If I ever stop reading then for me it would be as if I have stopped breathing.
