Moridin

Hey everyone! I'm Moridin, the Nae'blis of Shai'tan. -dramatic pause-  Just kidding!  If you don't know what I'm talking about, you must read the Wheel of Time series.  Along with Harry Potter, they are (in my opinion) the best books ever written.  I highly recommend them to everyone.

An exceptional book. Absolutely fantastic. Recommended to all Myst fans, and anyone who enjoys reading books with the sci-fi and fantasy genres rolled into one.

A good companion to the series. The two stories in this book are completely separate from the canon plot, so you can read it any time after the first book. The extras (especially the character interviews) were very funny and tied in to the series very well. Recommended to all Artemis Fowl fans.

A good book in the series. Not terrific, mainly because the plot was kind of jumpy and unconnected. It's rather removed from the overarching plot because of all the time-traveling that goes on, but it was still a fun read. For once, everything doesn't work out for Artemis on his first try! Recommended to all fans of the Artemis Fowl series.

A terrific book. It was completely unpredictable based off the first four books in the series, but it still seamed connected. A real page-turner. Highly recommended to Artemis Fowl fans.

A good companion to the Percy Jackson series. Short, but funny and insightful. Recommended to fans of the original series.

I must say, the the beginning and middle of the book were just torturous. The first two thirds had virtually no plot at all and was extremely slow-moving. However, the last third was absolutely amazing. It renewed my interest in the series and left me wanting more. Why couldn't the rest of the book have been like that!? But alas... Overall, the good outweighed the bad. Recommended to all fans of the Inheritance Cycle (especially if you enjoyed Eldest).

A terrific end to the saga. Recommended to all Percy Jackson fans. (But how many of you seriously /weren't/ going to read it, anyways?)

A fantastic book. The first Science Fiction book that I've enjoyed. Great characters, plot, plot twists, and writing style. It kept me hooked and reading late into the night. Recommended to anyone who enjoys sci-fi or fantasy, especially teens.

An amazing book. The plot was so intriguing I could barley put it down! The best stand-alone book I've ever read. Absolutely recommended to anyone (over 14-ish) who likes to read. Similar to The Da Vinci Code and National Treasure.

It wasn't great, it was okay. The ending was incredibly depressing/scary, but it had a good message. My friend recommended/told/forced me to read it, so I did, but I wouldn't have read it on my own. Recommended to anyone who likes making fun of Russian Communism and is good at reading into vague symbolism.
