Oh! Sorry to hear that. But tbh, I'd rather be sick and read books than healthy and [extremely] lazy :-J I was surprised to see it on your "Books I've Read" shelf the day after the Christmas party, haha! It was good. Not what I expected though. Heh.

Haha. I thought all Twilight books were best-sellers? :O And yes, that would be a good way to pass the time.

It's no problem. I haven't been able to listen to all of the songs from the two albums you've lent me either. Gotta say that I'm liking the White Album more, though. Ehe, if you want less upbeat, more emo songs, I could give you their 3rd and 4th albums. XP

Having listened to more Beatles, I could definitely say that they have made a big influence on the Monkeys.
x sounding like x is a good thing for an artist, isn't it? I like how some bands/singers have a very distinctive sound, unlike the mainstream artists of today who sound like rubbish. I've a little -- note, LITTLE -- respect for Bieber though. At least he can sing. *cough*

True, true. I think we're all aware of that, yet we're still too defensive when it comes to musical preference. XD

Like you've said, you can't please everyone! Besides, doesn't that add variety to their music? You can't always have such deep lyrics; it's good to let loose your silliness once in a while. :)

Mm, yeah, I think so too. It really is a shame that the best music were made when we weren't born yet!

Drummers are usually the least famous ones. :(

P.S. Why thank you. I'll tell them you said so, if you don't mind.
P.P.S. They actually know you as "the girl Jessica is jealous of" because you always got the top score in bio, while I was either second or third. I never directly said that I was jealous of you, but I guess that was the vibe they were getting from me. I just thought that you were a very, very, very, very, mind-blowingly awesome student. (I still do XDD)

Ahhh, I see. Yes, except if you're a Beatles fan (and a completist) XP
You really should. It will be worth it! -gets excited when people tell me they're going to start reading Harry Potter-
No, I am not. The trailer looks awful. I actually haven't watched the first two films. What about you? (I shamelessly admit that I was a huge fan when I was in 1st year though.)
About the Guinness World Record, I got it wrong - sorry. I looked it up on Google and it says "McFly made it into the Guinness Book of World Records, beating The Beatles out of the slot for the youngest band to have a début album go straight to number one." Well I was close enough XD
I'm sorry, but what do you mean by "Alex Turner sounds like Alex Turner?" I agree that they are from different generations, though. To some Beatles fan(s), the Arctic Monkeys may sound like noise. :(
Really? I've never really noticed. I actually think that Paul McCartney is living THE life, being one of two living Beatles XD
