hi and thanks for the add. I think library work is great, but it does at times have more stressors than most people would think. That's because people who work there tend to care, and are passionate about getting it right. We're always trying to improve customer service. And we are non-commercial so the motivation is all about helping people and not about making money, and I like that.I would reckon you are a pretty regular library user?
Out of curiosity what happened to the Nabokov group? It looks like it was a total dud. So disappointing.
Hi. I like your shelf, VERY different to mine, and I'm very envious that you've read all these wonderful classics. I wish I had! Can we be friends?
What kind tattoos you have darling...
Just wanted to welcome you to the Best English-Language Fiction of the Twentieth Century group – the name rolls right off the tongue doesn’t it… Feel free join in with any of the discussions already on the board or start up a new one any time you like. Again, glad you joined up and I look forward to picking at the threads with you. See you around the shelves.Pawbones

hey you.i love your books.maybe we should get together sometime and talk about books.have a chai latte while we're at it, maybe?:D
tackle the Shrugged! its a smidge intimidating, im extremely fast reader and that book took me almost 2 months. thats a little shameful to admit. its not the easiest thing to read. but it is a very good read. plus youll have a plethora of bragging rights opened up to you unpon completion lol. do it! i have faith in you.twihards .. ehh. thats got to be the name of some new genetic disorder in which vital chromosomes are missing. i blame the twimoms for reproducing. twats. all of them, i read all of those books in disgust. call it an extreme case of morbid curiosity. though i knew the outcome would be traumatic i went through with it and read them anyway. theyre not worth being printed on toilet paper its extremely sad the acclaim theyve gotten, they dont deserve it. but i suppose, i cant hate it too much it brougth literacy to some people who really needed it.glittery man .. i mean i guess ... there can be a certain appeal in that. i mean it would be a conversational ice breaker. "So .. I see you glitter. Is there a vaccine i'll be needing to get rid of that?" always a bright side.
Timshel Mongolian, i adore random notes. As per your friendship requirement, though i have read the Twatlight series, i like absolutely nothing about it.
I only see the white rabbits after a particularly good session on a Saturday night!! May see some tonight!
you might be interested to know that I live 10 minutes away from where "Lewis Caroll" lived .. a little village just outside Warrington in Cheshire, England. A nice place. I too like tea but am too cowardly to get tattoos!
