Hello everyone, I go by Momo and I am currently in grad school to become an academic librarian. I love to read obviously, but I like being hands on with the new trends and passing on knowledge to others. I live in New York and I love sushi. In my free time, I read, watch movies, hang out, and anything creative and challenging describes me.... more »

I dont even know where to begin. I felt conflicted by all the characters and the fact that it is a memoir made me feel bad reading it becasue it was hard to understand why things happened. I dont know I liked the book but there parts where I felt a lil pervish to read esp since it involves a little gurl. It was a great book but it was too much at times.

I liked this book but felt a little disappointed. I dont want to give too much away but the plot was good and the characters felt real and relatable. While it was left open ended it does make you wonder how far one will go to protect a family?

very insightful book on racial profiling and it goes deeper than what ppl may know. Def a read if interested in getting a brief overview. A lil outdared but still relevant to society.

Very sad book btu gripping. It kept me on edge from beginning till end. The characters felt real and the story is sometihng we all have heard but this one sounds terrible and heart wrenching. I am glad this book was not written in such

I loved this book and it made me realize its nothing more damaging than a woman scorned. While I felt for Sally and at times Clive, it just goes to show that infidelity does not always end without consequences. Quick read and wanted to know more. Also it is like a modern fatal attraction cept she doesnt appear as insane as Glen Close (hmm well slightly)

I want to thank my aunt for putting me on to this book. It was amazing and insightful and it showed human nature from a different perspective. Very visual from beginning to end.

I loved this book from beginning to end. it was very visual and empowering. The main character was strong and yet had a vulnerable side and was not wimpy even with her powers in which I hate with some characters in books. I wish there could have been more action scenes with Shivani and her crew, but for what it is worth, the book was a great read. Hope this can be made into a movie.

I loved this book becasue it reminded me of Imitation of Life and it gives you insight into the differences and similarities of people and how staying true to one self is a lesson anyone should remember and hold true to them. I hope they spin this into a movie because if they did, I have a few ppl in mind who can star in it.... I dont wanna give anything away but I was upset with Tyrone
