    “The detail and artwork in this book is AMAZING. I am an artist but honestly haven't tried the cutouts yet - just have read/looked at the book. The patterns are super detailed and just incredible. I need some practice and supplies before I dive in - but wow!”

    “I love her blog, and her other cookbook, and this new book does not fail to wow. Using a variety of eclectic and often overlooked ingredients, she explores many traditional flavors, as well as a few funky variations. The pantry list is a must read, and the facts and information at each chapter before the recipes is terrific. YUMMY!”

    “I love this writer. The book is written in short paragraph itemized form, but boy oh boy is it fun. He is very smart, informed, and irreverent (in a good way). Definitely a must read for those supporting local farms, family farms, and interested in the how and why of food from farm to table.”
