Thanks! I have no idea where I found that eyeball dissection, but the girls sure like it...I know of one for a frog, and an owl pellet also....It got up to 1 degree today, so I know what you are saying...it is 27 degrees warmer than yesterday!!!!

Nice to "meet" you, Cin...be glad you are not here now...it was -24 this morning! We have some outdoor science planned for today! I just joined shelfari due to Visual Bookshelf on Facebook closing down, but so far, I like this much better. My girls are 9 and 11 and have been homeschooled their whole lives...we are eclectic as well using a variety of resources for our curriculum. I have a blog as well....only because I love to take photos. I live in a very small town....although there are quite a few homeschoolers here, I am the only one of the non-religious variety....nice to know I am not alone!
